When you’re exercising, you lose a lot of water and salt through sweating. To replace the fluid lost and to be able to recover properly from the exercise, it’s important to drink enough water and stay hydrated. Of all the people on the planet, you talk to yourself more than anyone… make sure you’re saying the right things. Being your true and authentic self is what makes us live life to the fullest. Selfcare erases self-doubt. Strength and wisdom break way in times of darkness and fulfillment of dreams. Be who and what you always envisioned. Live, Laugh, Love.Rest is known to boost your performance because, contrary to popular belief, the building of muscle occurs during periods of rest, not whilst training. The general rule of thumb is to take a rest day or change your focus of training/muscle group after each day of intense training, but it depends on the person. So, if you’re feeling worn out, take a day off! Tip 2: Get enough sleep Strength. Power. Confidence. These are the ingredients of a workout that feels as good as it looks.
