Ryan was a freaking saint for putting up with this heroine, it was a little painful to watch Becca's reactions to him time and time again. She doesn't care that their moms are close and therefore she hears more about him than she'd ever care to know. He might have been pissed when she went off to a different college, but they make the long distance work because they're "Becca and Ryan", and nothing is going to break them. Secondly, Becca spent about 80% of the book completely infatuated with her boyfriend to the point where she was prepared to overlook his many shortcomings.A number of Ryan's actions make Becca jaded towards him and she believes any friendly gestures from him have an ulterior motive, she is blind to what everyone else sees - his unrequited crush on her. Becca was a really unlikable character and I wish more than just the epilogue was told through Ryan's POV.
