Rebecca's recipes are fresh, accessible, nutritious and made with the whole family in mind; you can cook just one meal for everyone, adults and children alike. Wilson claims to be giving one easy to follow guide to baby nutrition instead of the chaos of conflicting info online, but sometimes her advice itself contradicts what seems to be consensus (eg.
