Nope, it doesn't, most earphones will have noise isolation based on their in-ear fit and the E11C has a pretty good comfortable ergonomic design. Carefully chosen colours have been combined to make the E10 not only a feast for the ears but the eyes as well.However, it would be better if the position of the mic can be adjusted slightly lower down the cord if it is a loud environment you may have to cover the mic and your mouth up for better pick up. Isolation is quite good, too; maybe not as good as, say the Klipsch X10, one of the references in the market, but hey, lets not be picky!
