As an abstract artist, I truly believe that all forms of art are all about expressing our feelings and self-discovery. Wayne speaks frequently at conferences and churches on issues related to helping kids learn to deal with difficult emotions and life in modern families. Her books, which form the Helping Children with Feelings series, are used as key therapeutic tools by child professionals all over the UK and abroad.

Nicky Armstrong holds an MA from the Slade School of Fine Art and a BA Hons in Theatre Design from the University of Central England. Group members are often able to relate to each other and enjoy discussing the common connections that they see. Blank space is left for the therapist to introduce situations that are especially meaningful or relevant to the client.
