Difficulty "snapping" the Cap onto the Washer

You are not using the correct technique to fit the Cap to the Washer. Because Snap-Caps are designed and moulded to very fine tolerances, the caps cannot be pushed on "flat". Do NOT hit Caps with a hammer (or similar) - it will cause the Caps to split From start to finish the service was professional, prompt and friendly.
