The world-time mode directly shows another important improvement of the new module. During the use of a second time-zone in world-time mode, the original home time of the watch remains visible in the display as well. A very useful, almost indispensable function when traveling. In the old module, the abbreviation of the chosen city remained visible (like NYC), but where you are will be something you’ll remember yourself and hasn’t to be kept in the display in my opinion. The watch can measure times of up to 24 hours. m of water resistance, which is not always the case on all electronic watches (just don’t wear your watch in the shower, better safe than sorry). Meaning you can ash your hand, swim and dive with this one no problem. For fans of precision: the countdown timers help you to remember specific or recurring events by giving off an audible signal at a preset time. The time can be set to the nearest minute and up to 24 hours in advance. Ideal for people who need to take medicines every day or those who do interval training. o Buttons - I like the recessed buttons, I only had one incident where the alarm was accidentally enabled (Anybody tell me how that happened as it takes two different buttons to set )I don't know if this band style is a Japanese-market thing, but I am not a fan of this flat band that doesn't have the "links" where the band attaches to the module. It looks bloated, and shapeless in comparison to the normal band.

This is my go-to piece when I’m in a hurry.I know it’s gonna be always running, always on time and I’m not afraid of damaging it. And it’s so lightweight you almost forget that you’re wearing a watch! o Cheapish Band - I like the Barton silicone watch bands as the are soft and supple. The Casio band is a bit stiff. It is durable and we'll see how well it holds up. (I'll replace it with a conversion kit if I ever have band issues) A world time function that allows you to know exactly which time it is in48 cities and 29 time zones. Why 29 you ask? Because it also takes into consideration “half time zones”, that you can find in Teheran, Dehli or Adelaide, to name a few.I actually love this case. I love the vintage vibe and shape it has. And surprisingly enough, it pairs with many outfits and styles without drawing too much attention. I really didn’t expect a square case to work that well from a style and fashion point of view. Whether in Europe, North America and Japan or in the outer reaches of Canada, Central America and China – once the watch has been set to the local time, it receives the relevant signal and shows the correct time wherever you are. In many countries, it also sets itself automatically to summer and winter time. The home screen: y ou can’t have the local and home time zones displayed at the same time on the home screen. That would have been a nice feature to have! Style
