I like the finish you get on the side-down face of the glass sheet so while it’s not always possible I do consider it during setup. This is my very first 3D printer. I must say that it was very easy to assemble along with setting it up for my first print. Don't expect to have wonderful prints right off the bat. I measured my buildplate and if I did my math right it is in fact a 250 x 250 build plate. if I leave the print head offsets in cura the same and increase my build plate size, this larger print fits correctly now.
