Ensure you are using the correct-sized Snap-Cap for the fixing. Some imported fixings may not conform to British or EU standards, and the heads of the fixings may be up to 40% oversized

Would use this company again.Fitting the Cap to the Washer may require more force. It may also result in a white 'stress' ring forming around the perimeter of the cap. The white ring may disappear over time, especially if the caps are warmed up. I have had no complaints with the Snap caps brought so far ( and that has been a few thousand).
