Fanatec Clubsport V3 Video (Official) Fanatec Club Sport Pedals V3 Review (By The Sim Racing Garage) Fixed: Driver does not recognize initial State of 1-12-MPSs after restart if MPS Mode is set to PULSE Compatible with the Colour Kits to allow visual customisation (Note: Colour Kit footrest is shorter than standard V3i footrest!) The entire assembly is made from CNC machined aluminium and there is no denying that this is a gorgeous piece of gear that looks racy before they’re even hooked up.

The steering input jump issue was greatly improved so the issue happens a lot less than before. Full fix expected for one of the next versions. Ensure that your wheel base is plugged into an AC power outlet (if applicable), and the USB is plugged-into a compatible USB port on your PC. When entering a game menu while driving it can happen in some games that the FFB effect doesn't get canceled which results in the wheel turning to one side. (this got now fixed for the Podium DD but can still happen on the CSL DD. We will now apply the fix for the CSL DD as well)Without the brake performance kit, you can adjust it a fair amount both physically and using software/your game of choice, and it still feels like a fairly high end brake. However, with the performance kit things are definitely just taken to a higher level, both in terms of adjustability and overall feel. I don’t personally use it much, but those that prefer to drive a manual in their sims will probably find it to be good enough, if a little light. Other pedal sets, like MOZA’s CRPs, arguably feature better clutch pedals, but for me it’s just not that important (see the end of this article for more on this). The red portion on the right here acts a bit like a cam, which rotates with enough applied pressure to simulate a multi-stage clutch pedal It will work with any racing wheel, also of any other brand (Logitech, Thrustmaster, etc), if the pedals are connected to PC via USB and if the game supports a second controller.

Fixed RevLEDs and RevStripe not lighting up during LED Test when UI was opened with no Steering Wheel attached. Once you’ve unboxed your new pedals and completed any necessary assembly steps (following the included instructions), start below to ensure you’re getting the best possible experience from your new pedals: 1. Connect Your Pedals Fixed sometimes CAL still shown even though center calibration was already done after a firmware update. They’re not quite MOZA level of price to performance ratio, but they do feature Fanatec’s staple high level of build quality, along with some great functionality (like the vibration motors) and superb in-game feel. On top of that, they’re console compatible, which makes these pedals accessible to an often forgotten about section of the market.

When connected to a Fanatec steering wheel, the pedals are compatible with all racing games. In this case, please read the compatibility details of the connected product for more information. Removed Min and Max buttons for the handbrake calibration when the handbrake is connected to the Wheelbase.Improved upper dead-zones in auto calibration to prevent saving a too high value if pressed hard against the end stop. The 'Damper' effect modifier (DPR) is now scaled differently and is able to be stronger. Depending on how a game uses this damper, it might feel too strong for some users, but this can be easily adjusted with the DPR setting in the Advanced Mode of the Tuning Menu. FFS setting is now inactive and hidden in low torque mode, because it had no useful influence in low torque mode. On the mounting front, it’s fairly standard. You mount them via bolt holes on the base, and that’s another thing that makes these pedals an attractive choice – they come with a baseplate (of sorts). You can’t mount them separately, which shouldn’t be an issue for most racers, but some will prefer pedals they can mount individually. The brake pedal utilises a 136kg load cell paired with a Willwood master cylinder and a custom slave cylinder. This hydraulic set up allows for extremely realistic braking performance and can simulate the pressure of a real brake system.

You get a long throttle pedal face, which may not be to everyone’s preferences, but I personally don’t mind it (and it allows for easier heel toe if that’s your thing). As for the adjustability of the pedal faces, you get enough, and no more or less than you’d expect from a mid-range set. Speaking of the electronics. I was also quite pleased that Fanatec has gone with modular designs to make servicing the sensors and the 90kg Load Cell unit a very easy process. I wish more manufactures would adopt this type of building mentality. I also like that Fanatec has included different pedal faces

ClubSport Static Shifter Paddles

Corrected the image of Universal Hub V2 on Steering Wheel / Wheel Base Values where the image of the V1 was shown. When entering a game menu while driving in some games it can happen that the FFB effect doesn't get cancelled which results in the wheel turning to one side.
