You’re able to connect an external footswitch so if in the future you begin to feel limited by the one footswitch, you can easily expand it for more control. RC-3 vs Ditto X2 Is it worth it? Maybe. Yes if you are a fan of customizing and planning all out befdore the gig. Otherwise - no. The RC 600 comes with far superior effects. So much so that if effects are what you’re after in a looper, we’d say this makes an upgrade to the 600 worth it alone.

It’s great to be able to jam along with basic loops, but there will be times when you want to take things further. Another small difference between the RC 600 and the RC 300 is that it no longer gives you an AUX input. All of which means that you’ll likely have to spend more money on adapters.
