About this deal

Meg McCaffrey: A twelve-year-old demigod daughter of Demeter. She is described as a colorfully dressed street urchin. She is fierce, bossy, and tight-lipped about her past. She has a grain spirit protector named Peaches. She becomes Apollo's master in The Hidden Oracle. Apollo has not lost sight of the price this journey has already forced him to pay. Jason Grace has not been forgotten, and I was pleased by how often he was brought up, discussed, and remembered in Tower of Nero. Everyone is still mourning Jason’s death two books later, which only acts as a realistic reflection of life and the grief people feel for their lost loved ones on a daily basis.

Meanwhile, Tarquin has reached the bookshop where the Sibylline Books are being rewritten, but Ella and Tyson are not there. Meg and Hazel fight Tarquin. Diana finally arrives, kills Tarquin, and heals Apollo. Reyna and Lavinia, along with Peaches the karpos, return. Arion, Hazel's horse, rescues Frank, who has mysteriously survived, and Reyna pledges herself to Diana (Artemis) and joins the Hunters. Dakota, son of Bacchus and the longtime centurion of the Fifth Cohort, passes away overnight due to wounds from the battle. Don the faun also dies and gets reincarnated into a laurel tree, Apollo's tree of victory. Hazel is voted new praetor of Camp Jupiter and Lavinia is voted in as centurion of the Fifth Cohort.Dionysus mentions Chiron is away discussion other end of the world related events with a cat and severed head. This mostly refers to Bast and Mimir respectively as Chiron states that the problems threaten more than one pantheon of gods. Going into it I was... nervous and hesitant because, as much as I love Apollo, there were a few things through the books I couldn't quite like and, lest not forget, the task ahead for this closing volume was big and I couldn't quite see how everything would be accomplished satisfactorily in the limited amount of time given. I was not expecting the incredibly emotional journey that I was gonna witness. though my Top favourite of this series still remains "the Burning Maze", but this one is a close second.

During the Battle at Nero's Tower, Austin and Apollo ran into Cass at the elevators and he handed Apollo Meg's rings to return them to her, possibly out of guilt. But while demigods always carry an overwhelming sense of despair with them — it’s part of the job description — there is a wonderful sense of hope, too. Camp Half-Blood remains a sanctuary for demigods from all over the country and beyond, and we get a wonderful sense of that in this installment. Rachel Elizabeth Dare states that she can see a huge mansion but nobody else can. This mansion is the Brooklyn House of Magic but only Rachel can see through the Mist, so only she can see it.Apollo asks Meg what she's going to use as a weapon and Meg tells him not to worry about it. Nico is still fighting with the wolf from earlier and the skeleton bull he brought to life had finally collapsed. The germani spills the tray with the rest of the remotes Nero needs to try. As Apollo aims for Nero's chest, one of the three missing Imperial Children stabs him in the ribs. As Apollo struggles to breathe he sees Meg across the room fighting barehanded with Aemillia and another one of the missing demigods. The demigod who stabbed Apollo pushes the knife even deeper. Apollo cannot shake the demigod because he is too strong and as a desperate attempt shoves his thumb into his eyes and breaks free. He does not have the strength to aim another arrow and slips on his own blood. Is there a particular cameo you can tease us with? Is there someone fans are going to be really surprised or excited to see?

DAYS UNTIL THIS BOOK COMES OUT! I'm so excited!! 4 years later and I'm a struggling college sophmore. Hopefully this book makes me less stressed lolI tried to be there for them, but I wish I had understood what those students were dealing with, and had the language and the emotional capacity to help them more than I did. So that’s always sat with me,” he says. “It made perfect sense to me that a child of Loki would be gender-fluid.” As for a finale book, Tower of Nero was a great surprise for me. It wasn't maybe as crazy as The Last Olympian and not as powerful as The Serpent's Shadow but still was really good. I was hesitant and excited to read because I thought I was in for another huge disappointment. Both Blood of Olympus and Ship of the Dead have failed me. The former was such a fail for me because Coach Hedge got more lines and exposure than half of the Chosen demigods and what was that final battle with Gaeia? In the latter, the final battle for both Magnus Chase and Loki was very anticlimactic. Lavinia Asimov: A daughter of the muse Terpsichore. She assists the heroes in The Tyrant's Tomb, where she then becomes centurion of the Fifth Cohort.
