About this deal

There is likely to be Carbon Monoxide present. Turn off any gas appliances, open windows and doors and leave the property. The Aico Ei3024 Multi Sensor Fire Alarm is built on the same high quality, reliable and proven technology that all Aico Alarms are renowned for, but contains the latest high-tech enhancements making it the most effective domestic fire alarm on the market.

Insert a flat headed screwdriver into the removal slot of the alarm. This is marked with an arrow. Make sure you keep the screwdriver horizontal (i.e. parallel to the ceiling). The Ei3024 Multi-Sensor Fire Alarm is fully compatible with all other Aico alarms and accessories whether a system needs upgrading or an existing system needs expanding; and works with either hard-wired, RadioLINK or hybrid interconnecting systems. Most of our alarms have a 10-year life, after which they should be replaced to ensure you carry on getting the best protection. The Ei3024 utilises AudioLINK technology allowing the user to extract real time data directly to a smartphone or tablet using the AudioLINK app. Above this is the ‘Replace By’ date, but note that the date on the label shows the maximum life of the alarm and alarms should always be replaced before their life is up. This is the Aico Ei3024 is a multi-sensor fire alarm with enhanced optical smoke sensor and automatic dust compensation; it delivers a faster response to a wider range of fires. This multi-sensor alarm detects both smoke and heat from a fire, and so the location is ideally in the hallway, landing, living room, and bedroom areas. You will know when you need to change the battery, as you will hear a single regular beep (low battery warning) coming from the alarm, however it is recommended that you change the battery every year.

All Aico alarms have a date-code label on the side of them which tells you exactly when the alarm was made and also the recommended replacement date. SmartLINK compatible. Simply plug in an Ei3000MRF module to enable wireless interconnection, data extraction and real-time notifications of alarm activations and events via the SmartLINK Gateway and Portal. A large Test / Silence button is fitted to the alarm enabling frequent testing. The silence function allows the alarm / system to be silenced in the case of a false alarm and low battery / fault noises. The Ei3024 is powered by 230V AC mains. In the event of mains failure, the rechargeable 10 year built in tamper-proof lithium cells will provide up to 3 months power supply in the case of a wireless RF installation or up to 6 months in any other case. If it is a regular single beep (approximately once every minute), then the battery may be running low, and you may need to change the battery in the alarm. This is relevant for the 140RC Series alarms.

If the alarms are sounding, there may be a fire present. You should evacuate the property and be absolutely sure there is no fire before returning. If in doubt, always assume there is a real fire present and take the necessary action.
