About this deal

All the models use the same 15.6in 60Hz 1080p IPS panel, too, so you’re not missing out on image quality. Peak brightness isn’t amazing, but you don’t really need a lot of brightness on an office screen. It has excellent viewing angles and the anti-glare coating means reflections are kept to an absolute minimum. It even comes with an orientation sensor so you can use it in portrait mode as well as landscape. Customisation: Most portable monitors don’t have an on-screen display (OSD), so you won’t be able to play with any settings other than adjusting the brightness. How much should I spend?

It has a 15.6in, 60Hz 1080p IPS panel with good viewing angles and an anti-glare, matte finish to keep reflections at bay. And although it doesn’t come with a fully protective folio case, the supplied folding stand can be attached to the front to protect the screen while it’s stowed away. However, with this monitor as long as you have the DisplayLink Driver installed it WILL work. Just as it does on a regular TYPE A USB 3 port which requires DisplayLink driver. I just tested it on my laptop and the extra display came right up! See pic attached....monitor #5 is THIS monitor on a USB Type C port that does NOT have DP capability. The dilemma i always had with the previous version MB169B+ was finding a laptop with 2 x USB 3.0 ports. not as easy as you think. But they always have at least one, and now one x USB Type C. This color chart shows a pattern that's quite similar to most of the mobile monitors PC Labs has tested since late 2018. The ZenScreen Go had slightly better sRGB coverage (72.7 percent), while the ZenScreen Go turned in 69.1 percent. The Asus monitors were better than the AOC I1601FWUX, which covered only 61.4 percent of the sRGB space, and slightly better than the Lepow 15.6-Inch Portable USB-C Monitor, which covered 65.4 percent. The only portable monitor we've tested lately that did substantially better is the Lenovo ThinkVision M14, which covered 97 percent of sRGB. (We generally look for at least 95 percent sRGB coverage in desktop monitors.) The MB16ACE's crimped color-gamut coverage translated, in our photo and video testing, to slightly dull colors, particularly reds and purples. Overall, this issue shouldn't affect the MB16ACE's use as a business monitor, and it's okay for light entertainment use. But it's not a good choice for videophiles or photo editors, who would do better with the Lenovo ThinkVision M14 despite its smaller screen.

Refresh rate: This is unimportant for portable monitors (as you won’t be gaming on them) but you should expect a refresh rate of 60Hz.

Like many portable monitors, the Acer PM161Q isn’t much to look at, but this one happens to deliver where it counts. It connects to your devices via USB-C and has a micro-USB port for additional power delivery if you’re connecting to an older phone. Both cables are included in the box alongside a USB-A power adapter. Key specs – Screen size: 15.6in; Resolution: 1,920 x 1,080; Screen technology: IPS; Video inputs: Mini-HDMI, USB-C; Refresh rate: 60Hz; Weight (with case): 800g I've been using this USB monitor for around 10 months and I love it! I use it with a MacBook Pro 16" and the size of this display is just similar enough to where it looks almost pretty much the same as my primary screen. Granted, the resolution is lower and the only way to control brightness is through the hardware buttons which could be easier to use. The protective outer shell is a bit confusing to figure out at first but once you do it's easy to use. Brightness: One of the few things you’ll be able to tweak on a portable monitor, brightness is measured in candela per metres squared (cd/m²) or nits, so keep an eye out for those. If you’re on the go a lot you’ll want something that can exceed 300 nits to counteract sitting in direct sunlight. Resolution: Ideally, you want a portable monitor with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 or above. This is the standard for most modern portable monitors. I've gotten completely dependent on having a 35" monitor and my 13" laptop monitor as real estate when working. I often have three windows viewing between them. I'm much less efficient when I'm on the road and just using that 13" monitor. So I'm really excited to bring this monitor on my next trip.Pet Habitats and Supplies, Apparel and Leashes, Training and Behavior Aids, Toys, Aquarium Supplies such as Pumps, Filters and Lights 15 Days Returnable
