Koshihikari ( Japanese: コシヒカリ, 越光, Hepburn: Koshihikari ) is a popular cultivar of Japonica rice cultivated in Japan as well as Australia and the United States. Yamaji, N., Xia, J., Mitani-Ueno, N., Yokosho, K. & Ma, J. F. Preferential delivery of zinc to developing tissues in rice is mediated by P-type heavy metal ATPase OsHMA2. Specific primers were designed using Primer-BLAST of NCBI and are listed in Table S7.
