The license will automatically terminate upon any transfer of the Software to a third party. The transferee will be regarded as a Licensee in the meaning of this contract. The Licensor shall not be liable if the Software fails to operate in accordance with the limited warranty set out in sub-Clause 5.1 as a result of any modification, variation or addition to the Software not performed by the Licensor or caused by any abuse, corruption or incorrect use of the Software, including use of the Software with equipment or other software which is incompatible. It is compact and although the initial cost is high, the long term cost is lowered by its efficient use of toner and long life components. But despite the 1,200dpi resolution, we found the print quality was merely average and rather too pale when it came to photos and mixed image documents to compete with similarly priced laser printers. SOFTWARE Software lze převádět, pouze pokud nabyvatel souhlasí s podmínkami této smlouvy. Držitel licence je povinen informovat nabyvatele o těchto podmínkách. Pokud držitel licence nemá kopii této smlouvy, může na vlastní náklady obdržet novou od poskytovatele licence.
