If it at least had a silicone lip all the way around, that might help quite a lot. Not sure if it would still be biodegradable though. Some users it’s hard to get a snug fit with this item. Verify how the Travel John can be emptied and disposed of after use. Some models allow for easy sealing while others may require additional steps.
