The upgrade to smooth animations unlike the lower FPS animations of previous color Tamagotchi releases. Each location includes a park, a shop, an event spot, and the option to marry. At the park, the Tamagotchi can meet other characters that live there and, if the user has the correct items, the Tamagotchi can become friends with them and later propose to them. The shop allows the user to buy special items exclusive to that location. The event spot lets the Tamagotchi see an animation or play a game pertaining to that town. In the Japanese Tamagotchi Meets app, there was a Sanrio event in 2019. Hello Kitty was a guest from the 31st of May to the 4th of July, and My Melody was a guest from the 5th of July to the 5th of August. Limited Sanrio-themed items were also available in the app around this time.
Food Delivery: The Tamagotchi will be driving a scooter to deliver food to a customer. Tap left or right to avoid obstacles in the road. Pompompurin loves collecting and hiding shoes. His favorite foods are milk and cream caramel pudding. He spends most of his free time sleeping or hanging out with his friends, and his best friend is a hamster named Muffin. Pet: The user can pet the Tamagotchi by stroking the screen. Doing the wrong kind of petting motion such as twisting their face or poking them will make them upset. Like most Tamagotchi devices, the Meets is shaped like an egg. The shell is a pleasant candy-apple red, reminiscent of Hello Kitty’s red bow. The screen is set in a super-cute pink gingham faceplate with both Sanrio characters and Tamagotchi characters on it, surrounded by strawberries. The faceplate has lots of glitter in it, creating a very pretty shimmery effect whenever it catches the light.The m!x takes place primarily in a town referred to as " My Town" (じぶんのタウン Jibun no Town). There are four locations to visit, accessed through the TamaDepa and Park option. Items obtained from other towns can also cause the theme of My Town to change. For example, using items from Flower Hills frequently will give the park and architecture of My Town a floral theme. This directly impacts adult evolution during the first generation, and may influence the genetics of My Tamas from the second generation onward. Similar to its predecessor, the On comes in multiple versions with different m!xable characters and exclusive locations. Two versions, Fairy and Magic, are available in all territories. Square: The Tamagotchi can meet and talk to various NPCs. Some NPCs appear at certain times of the day and some events occur on specific days at certain times. Visit: The Tamagotchi will visit the other's house and they will play with each other for a short time.
The Tamagotchi Meets Sanrio has not been released outside of Japan, and thus the device is in Japanese. However, you don’t need to know Japanese to play it! The menus are simple to navigate using a translation guide online (I like the ones here). Once you play with it for a while, you’ll find that you will memorize the menu options without needing to look at a translation. Is it worth the price? Conversation: The Tamagotchi will ask a question and the user will be given answers to choose from. The Tamagotchi may then reference the answer later in another conversation or when talking to another Tamagotchi. They may also tell the user how they feel about their caretaking. Gudetama is the only adult character on the Tamagotchi m!x and Meets to be able to breed with both genders.Current Mood: The user can ask how the Tamagotchi is feeling and how they respond is based off their bond with the user and how well their care is. Gozaru Village: Remodel the house with the Gozaru wallpaper, then use the Conch Horn obtained from Mermaid Palace. Wrapping♥ (Gift): The Tamagotchi will be wrapping up a present. The user has 12 seconds to mash the A button as much as they can to fill the meter. After 12 seconds, the Tamagotchi will wrap up the present and its quality will depend on how full the meter is.
Quiz (Game Corner, Sanrio): Hello Kitty will ask the tamagotchi questions related to sanrio characters. Each round will have 3 questions. The Fantasy ( ファンタジー) version was released in Japan in July 2019. It features the Magical Flying Library Ship and allows access to three new locations with six new marriage partners: Princess Palace ( Prince Mametchi and Loveli Princess), Arabian Night ( Meloarabian and Lamppatchi), and Wonder Garden ( Yumemi Alice and Kirari Hatter). Balloon Game: Hello Kitty will appear flying in the air with balloons, and the user's objective is to help her avoid crows and collect balloons. The A button moves her up, and the B button moves her down. Hello Kitty will gradually float down if no buttons are pressed. Hello Kitty can hold up to two balloons, and each time she hits a crow, she will lose one. Collecting a balloon will restore one to Hello Kitty if one had been lost. The game is a "Failure" if both of her balloons are popped, "Success" if she clears the game with one balloon, and "Great Success" if she clears the game with two balloons. Pressing the C button closes the game. Gudetama serves as the central character of the Gudetama Tamagotchi; each evolution is actually Gudetama taking on a different form at each stage. Some forms are based on other characters from the Gudetama franchise. On early production models of the Keitai Kaitsuu Tamagotchi Plus, a plush of Hello Kitty was available via a special code. The item was removed on later models, and is not available on the Keitai Kaitsuu! Tamagotchi Plus Akai or Hanerutchi 1.
Why this petition matters
The “DX” version also comes with an exclusive lanyard. Similar to the faceplate, the lanyard has Tamagotchi and Sanrio characters, surrounded by strawberries and hearts. It comes with a cell phone strap, making it easy to attach to your Tamagotchi device. Originally I thought I wouldn’t ever use the lanyard, but I’ve actually been using it a lot! It’s convenient to wear while doing chores around the house, so you can keep your pet with you without worrying about misplacing it. Gameplay
