About this deal

And yes, if you were wondering, the Skyline does look good next to its other Fast and Furious companion, 76912 Fast & Furious 1970 Dodge Charger R/T! The review of that set is coming soon, so keep an eye out for it! Inside there’s space for one minifigure to sit in the accurate right-hand drive position as Brian O’Conner’s Skyline was a Japanese import car. Fast & Furious car toy – LEGO® Speed Champions 2 Fast 2 Furious Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) model (76917) for kids, car enthusiasts and fans of the 2 Fast 2 Furious movie

minifigure – The street racer model comes with a Brian O’Conner minifigure for kids to place behind the wheel and recreate thrilling scenes from the famous movie franchise

Digital building experience – Kids can see their models come to life on their tablets or smartphones as they construct their model using the LEGO® Builder app This buildable LEGO Speed Champions Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) replica model car building kit (76917) has been inspired by the iconic car from the explosive 2 Fast 2 Furious movie. Kids aged 9+, car lovers and fans of the popular movie franchise can experience a rewarding build before proudly displaying this collectible toy car or recreating fast-paced street racing scenes. The model car measures over 2 in. (5 cm) high, 6.5 in. (16 cm) long and 2.5 in. (7 cm) wide. The front nose is built on clips and gun pieces mounted at an angle, along with studs-on-the-side techniques used in several directions. The printed 1×3 plate with the GT-R logo on the side is nice too. Another one of my favorite parts is the use of Nexo Knight shields during the build process. I won’t get into how – exactly – but instead let you discover it for yourself.

Using the LEGO Builder app to zoom in, rotate and visualize the model, builders both young and old can bring their creation to life on a tablet or smartphone, giving them a rewarding sense of achievement. Brian O'Conner appeared in six of the first seven Fast & Furious films, played by Paul Walker until the actor's untimely death in 2013. Like the Nissan Skyline, this minifigure originates from the second instalment in the series and appears surprisingly detailed, considering the simplicity of Brian's attire.
