They should all feel about same temp with flow out of pump to radiator being a few degrees warmer than flow from radiator to pump. When I felt everything was sufficiently flushed, I filled it all up with 50/50 automotive coolant and distilled water. The NZXT Kraken X62 is a modern complete water cooling system that comes with some improvements compared to its direct predecessor - the X61. If you have another cooler to put on it for awhile, maybe do that and disassemble the pump / waterblock to see if it needs cleaning and top up with coolant.
