They are a little narrower than some standard sized cannisters as I have tried to show in one of my images; this of course is space saving but it suits the actual style. On opening each cannister, I did notice a difference in the tightness of the lids – one wasn’t quite the tight fit that the other two were – I interchanged the lids with the other cannisters and ended up with them all tight enough.
