The olives are naturally cold processed and not sujected to any chemical process to produce an extra virgin olive oil which maintains its high quality resulting with a full and distinctive flavour. One liter of s uperior, unfiltered, 100% authentic extra-virgin olive oil, obtained directly from freshly harvested olives in southern Italy. Slip one metal grip into the hole on the bottle and apply a light pressure to insert the second part to the other side of the bottle. This fine and genuine oil with its unique fresh olive fragrance and delicate taste is the result of our experience in selecting oils, over ten generations.
