About this deal

He goes on to suggest that 99% of us would answer yes to the first question but many of us will answer no to the second. I mean, I wish I was making this up, but the above things are literally what is written in the book. The world has largely caught up in 2019 and as we’ve grown, opportunities have opened up to us to be able to contribute to the journey.

There are many to get through but if you identify your own prisons you can skip straight to your help area. And anybody who thinks 'just go on benefits' is a solution to not having money has clearly never dealt with the DWP, and has been avoiding all the stories about claimants who have been left to die due to unapproved claims. I was really excited after reading *F**k It*, sort of like how I was so excited and energized when I really discovered yoga (on my third attempt). Usually if I struggle to finish a book, it's because it's gotten a little dull, or not captivating my attention.

My two stars is generous, because the first part of the book could actually be of some use in helping people. Before submitting anything to us, it would be useful if you familiarise yourself with the type of work we publish. I struggled with this as first - the first section is very structured and a bit difficult to follow (you read about being stuck in life because of certain things that hold you back, but the chapter that talks about how to break out of those habits, for each one, is later on so you have to keep flicking between them).

When we feel that our problems are being forced upon us against our will, we feel victimized and miserable. John Parkin is the son of Anglican preachers, and has studied and practised systems of Eastern wisdom for 20 years. Sarah Knight’s first book, The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck, has been published in more than 30 languages, and her TEDx talk, “The Magic of Not Giving a F*ck,” has more than nine million views. It has made me realise that life is too short to worry too much or miss out on the things that you want to do.When we say "f**k it" we begin to appreciate all that life has to offer, taking the good with the bad and accepting that both are necessary parts of life. Jak ładnie napisał Kurt Cobain (martwy heroinista, zaznaczam): Każdy narkoman powiedział 'pierdolę to' więcej razy, niż potrafi zliczyć. Conventional self-help advice which tells you to visualize success and think about the type of person you want to be only reinforces the idea that you are not that thing. Wasn't a fan of the tone of this book and the sweeping statements it made about applying f**k it to your life. Parkin established that saying ‘Fuck It’ was a spiritual act: helping us let go and realise that things don’t matter so much after all.

Following the frantic movements of a rock fan on the trail of America’s public enemy number one, THE BOOK OF FUCK is a buckled break-neck rant let loose at punk rock speed.

I just feel like the author doesn’t have as much life experience to be in a position to preach others lol.

It really puts things into perspective and I think the whole idea of F**k It is a great one to try and apply to life as much as possible. It's the Total Perspective Vortex of books - you're not important, and you never will be important (not on a universal scale, at any rate), so you might as well live the best life you can and not stress over the details. I do most definitely recommend this book if you don't mind a bit of tongue-in-cheek consciousness streaming mixed in with your philosophy. They spend their days bringing the power of F**k It to people around the world in the form of the books, retreats, online courses, membership programmes and even 1-to-1. These two words can, according to the author, offer a freedom and release that are equal to most religious or spiritual disciplines but without the judgment of I'm right and you're wrong and therefore will burn in hell. Njemu je dosadno u životu bilo i nije ima što raditi i nije zna što će od sebe pa je napisa nešto samo da napiše i onda je ovo napisa.
