I have tried this twice now, the first time I completed two routines and the second time I lasted through three. Sometimes it’s nice when we don’t have Alba to just get out and get into the gym, so we’re not just sat in the house all day. I try to do this dvd twice a day every other day and I have so far lost 7LB in 3 weeks, that is without watching my food intake so I cant wait to see the results when I start my calorie counting along side, I was extremely happy with this purchase and have since bought again from this seller and will continue to do so. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I really liked that you could do as many or as little of the 3 minute workouts as you want. The whole idea is for you to want to do over and over again which is something I have never found with any I’ve tried… until now.

Both workout DVDs are based around high intensity interval training (HIIT), they ensure it is a full body workout and each session has options for beginners or more advanced exercisers. Charlotte and Richard, from ITV's Biggest Loser, demonstrate the routines in each round before the workout begins, making them easy to follow.

I am so so so proud of what we have created for you… a place of motivation, team work, support and not forgetting CALORIE BUSTING workouts. We are told at the start to follow David for easier options but we aren’t actually shown the moves, for me I believe this could of done with a show through because I spent the first round getting my head around what I needed to do. Due to working hard at university and other projects, I have neglected going to the gym as often as I should, which is not a valid excuse.

Usually I’ve found my muscles hurt in the warm up and this did happen briefly but not too much that I couldn’t carry on.

When I get to my wedding I may reveal my before and after picture… but we’ll see how I get on… watch this space! I’ve had sweat pouring from my head and you wouldn’t believe it after a 12 min workout but you really don’t stop. Both back and ready to put the butt to the test in the same form as before, 3 minutes for each section. However, the good far outweighs the bad and as I said at the start, it's the best exercise DVD I've ever come across. The mum-of-one has been pairing her workout routines from her Blitz N’ Burn fitness app with combat training and says the “results are showing”.

The workouts aim to get your heart pumping fast for three minutes, then allowing it to rest before the next round. I always did all 12 rounds, on average 2-3 times a week, and I'd say it was about a couple of months before I noticed a difference. I also think don’t beat yourself up if you can’t do the full DVD at once, you’re still feeling the benefits of it.
