These za’atar cheese melts are the ultimate finger food appetizer, with a flavourful tangy and herbal taste. One of our favorites is the French Preferes des Montagnes; it works beautifully in the hearty and traditional dish known as tartiflette.

Sometimes you will feel much more comfortable in sticking with what you know and nowhere is your comfort more important than with sanitary protection.If you want to speed up the melting a little more, try grating the cheese instead of cranking the temperature—the thin and uniform shape will melt faster and more evenly. One effortless way to make cheese sauce is to melt butter in a skillet over low heat, adding grated cheese a little at a time. The sharpness level indicates how long the cheese has been aged, with aging increasing as you go from Mild to Seriously Sharp. Mild and Sharp Cheddar have a smoother, creamier texture than Extra Sharp and Seriously Sharp Cheddar.
