The qualification meets the Department for Education’s (DfE) Level 3 full and relevant criteria for a Level 3 Early Years Educator.You will also study the legislation, frameworks, and professional practice involved in working in an early year’s setting. This NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) qualification will prepare you to become an early year’s educator or practitioner, which is also known as a nursery nurse.

You will also need to complete 350 placement hours, across three age ranges (birth to 1 year 11 months, 2 to 2 years 11 months, and 3 to 5 years).You will study this course by distance learning, which will enable you to take control of your studies.

All units will be internally assessed using a range of methods, including direct observation within the workplace and written evidence.
