About this deal

For the insides of my rocky road, I thought I would go a bit more classic as well, and stick with the biscuits, mini marshmallows and glacé cherries. together your double cream, Baileys and icing sugar until pipeable - pipe with your favourite piping tip onto the tart case.

I put a bit of extra filling I had into a small glass bowl so I had a way to check later that the filling was set, without disturbing my tart, since I was unsure. I would love to make many of these recipes in Germany, but I’m just unsure about the best equivalent to your “double cream”. I made this and it tasted AMAZING but it wouldn’t set, even though I left it in the fridge for around 10 hours. Sprinkle flour onto a worktop or large cutting board and roll out the dough until it's about 1/4 to 1/2 cm thick. Dont need to serve a big slice, this would easily serve 12, if not more, this is quality over quantity!Place baking sheets in preheated oven, one at a time, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden at the edges but still soft in the middle. I was surprised at how fun playing with Instagram videos is – I’m going to be making lots more videos! This looks great – I was going to make this for my mum who loves Bailey’s but I couldn’t find the 23cm fluted tin anywhere – would a 25cm be okay or do I need to up the ingredients? I wanted a simple biscuit base as my other tarts have, such as my billionaires tart, s’mores tart, and Biscoff tart. Baileys fans, get excited because the brand has just launched a sweet treat with the makers of Choco Leibniz biscuits – and they sound incredible.

The first of the two is a Baileys infused version of the household favourite Choco Leibniz biscuits. Pro Tip: If you’d like your baileys chocolate chip cookies to look like the ones you see in my photos, simply press a few chocolate chips on top of each cookie right after they come out of the oven. One thing I can honestly appreciate is when you know you have oodles of cooking to do… do you really want to bake something? I’m on a caffeine and alcohol free diet due to illness recovery :’( but we have one of these tarts in the fridge and I’m wondering if we could freeze some of it so I can try it at a later date?

BE A MAVERICK: why not use crushed gingerbread biscuits instead to give this tiffin an extra festive feel? Crumbly, sweet and delicious - these shortbread biscuits are a real treat and the perfect match for when you want a little more indulgence with your Baileys. And you don't have to be a master baker to whip them up because they're easy to make at home with just a few ingredients. So I was sitting there, after having realised I had three more bottles of Baileys in my cupboard then I thought… yes that’s right, three.

This Bailey’s Chocolate Tiffin can be made with either milk or dark chocolate, depending on how rich you like your treats to be. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. If you’re admiring my adorable baking paper, you’re not alone; it’s from Daiso, but I can’t find it listed online. Now, place the cookies onto a baking tray lined with baking paper (if you didn't roll your dough out on baking paper), sprinkle with some extra caster sugar and bake in the preheated oven for 10 mins.If you go and add in double the amount, but keep the chocolate amount the same, it won’t work as well. With chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings, a splash of Baileys and topped off with a deliciously decadent shortbread cookie, it's an absolute dream of a drink everyone will love. In a separate large bowl, using a handheld electric mixer, or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine butter and both sugars and beat on medium-speed until light and fluffy, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed; about 2 minutes.
