Whilst I expected Elizabeth’s discovery of her origins to be revelatory and of momentous importance to her the fairly muted, and abrupt ending, proved a bit of a damp squib.Of course, she is not there for guidance so she turns to her divorced husband to step in and be a father, something he has done little of before this.
