I don't usually review books that I read with my children, since we get library books out every three weeks and read 3 a night 😂However this book was awesome and came at just the right time, as my 4 year old daughter has just started to say things like "girls can't do that," or "that's for boys.

This is a picture book that has the potential to open up important discussions with both girls and boys about equality and opportunity. But with the adding of actions she became more comfortable with our campfire songs and with us singing Happy Birthday. I'm tired of people judging my daughter because she wears a dinosaur coat, and likes to spend time building castles and watching pj masks instead of playing princesses and wearing pink. Helping young children to recognise that everyone can follow their own dreams and be a great friend!
