The quality of the sound that comes from the built-in speakers, and how well the sound card handles audio delivered to high-quality headphones through the headphone jack. Graphics are stuck on that appalling "blue" mode, which is unacceptable in 2023- the graphics (display) on this little netbook I am typing this review on are about a million times better than on this useless laptop.
