This expression has been put down to fully mature in sherry casks for at least 21 years before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 46% ABV.

We have an extensive selection of fine and rare single malts from Scotland’s most respected distilleries. The nose immediately reveals delicious sweet Sherry notes whilst the palate has elegance and finesse. You can find the Arran 21 Years for roughly 150 euro, which is fairly decent for an official bottling of that age, especially one that fully matured Sherry butts. Elegant liquid and stunning packaging and a fitting tribute to 21 years of brilliant whisky from this distillery. The oldest of the Arran range, the 25 year old it's an exceptional release produced in very small quantities.

The palate gives way to sweet fruitcake and butterscotch, followed by spice and a hint of garden mint.

Arran’s ‘Explorers’ series is a collection of limited-edition expressions, each celebrating the scenery you’ll find on the island of Arran. Distilled at the distillery at Lochranza on the Isle of Arran, this release was added to their range in 2019. This well-aged single malt from Arran makes up part of the distillery's core range, bottled at a hearty 21 years old.
