I'm a beautician specialising in Brazilians and I find this is the closest at home product to anything we have in the salon. to be treated and wait at least 24 hours to ensure any redness subsides before proceeding with waxing. Immediately after removal, apply firm pressure to the area with your fingertips to relieve sensitivity. I was gifted this and was excited to use, since I was paying to get waxed regularly I thought this would be a great money saver!
Sure it does hurt a bit more and takes a bit longer than at the salon, but I prefer it to going bottomless in front of a stranger.If the product is not heated enough it will not work as well so make sure to have it the proper consistency. I have been to the same lady for the last 3 years as she is the best I've found to do a Hollywood and this was quicker and less painful than her. As I became more proficient I tried longer strips, but I could never match up where I had been before due to the uneven nature of the wax. The product doesn’t melt in 60 seconds in a 1000watt microwave as stated, but rather 2 minutes or more. Each tub of peach and mango fragranced wax is enough for one full Brazilian wax or two to three bikini wax applications. In fact when i originally got this product I didn't even realize it was one of those that do not require a strip. I was happy with it before but NOW I’m so so happy with it and the results I actually look forward to my next waxing session.
Although I did love the convenience of not having to run around looking for cotton wax strips - it's all inclusive! This amount includes seller specified domestic postage charges as well as applicable international postage, dispatch, and other fees. A full pot does take about 4 mins in the microwave but you should check it often (I've melted a pot before now!
