About this deal

After quitting our jobs to go on the vanlife along the coast of the South of Europe, we've now become parents! They mention that it is a fantastic product, easy to take anywhere, and made an excellent cot for their first granddaughter. and it’s so practical we take it with us almost every time we go somewhere (even if we’re not sure to use it). Fabulous for travelling or daily adventures out and about, the Koo-di Bubble Pop-Up Travel Cot features the most lightweight design for maximum ease of use.

With a quick and easy use, this bassinet folds simply into a compact carry bag for the most convenient transportation. The Koo-di pop-up travel cot is a great choice for travellers whether camping, staying somewhere over night, or heading further afield. I felt mega excited to find it, pondered a bit and then I bought one as there really did not seem to be anything better on the market.

On the whole, this cot is pretty darn awesome and I would recommend it to anyone that travels regularly with their baby. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. I find it very reassuring to have it with us especially if we don’t know wether the accommodation we booked will be able to provide a crib, as I would be worried to make our baby sleep in the bed with us (we use a co-sleeper at home).

But wriggly babies might better suit a more traditional-style cot where blankets can be tucked in tighter and there’s less danger of overbalancing. On fabric covered mattresses you may choose to have visible ventilation holes at one side, on both sides or even none at all. or Mothercare’s own travel cot (15kg), it is a worthy alternative if you’re considering travelling abroad with your young baby.

Fabulous for travelling or just daily adventures out and about, the Koo-di Pop-Up Travel Bassinet is the lightest travel bassinet ever; weighing less than 1kg for the easiest travel solution. Overall I would recommend on the basis that it's a cheap and practical solution compared with hiring a cot or lugging a massive travel cot on public transport: it serves its purpose well and I feel comforted knowing that my baby is the only one to have slept in it. Even if the mattress that goes with the crib is a little thin, I find it to be enough for a short trip. Its light weight, super quick to put up and just as easy to put away - making this the perfect solution for restful sleep where ever your little one may be. Most suitable for use from 6 months to approximately 18 months and when outgrown, makes an ideal playhouse for little ones.

Bought for holiday for our under 6 month old She fitted in fine but would struggle if a big baby or over 6 months. Having used a number of different style travel cots over the years, the first thing I noticed was how compact and lightweight it was. The Koo-di Pop Up Bubble Cot is perfect for overnight stays or even for naps during the day, one of the many benefits of the bubble cot is the unique design which allows it to be small enough to fold away into it's own carry bag making it easy to transport, as well as quick and easy to assemble in a matter of minutes. The Koo-di Travel Bassinette, also referred to as the Koo-di Pop-Up Travel Cot, is designed to be as lightweight and portable as possible, giving your baby a place to bed down alongside you wherever you go. Funky and fun, Koo-Di not only provides solutions which often pose the question: ‘why didn’t I think of that?Even in a tent or in a camper, baby can have a real bed, and we don’t have to worry about the sleeping situation.

It’s not quite as easy as ‘popping up’, but it is simpler than other travel cots I have experienced and is super easy to do. My baby is 4 months old and we’re about to go on a trip for a couple of months and need something that is practical like this – how long were you able to use it please? Most suitable for use from 6 months to approximately 18 months and when outgrown, makes an ideal playhouse for little onesA comfortable cot ideal for use at home while baby rests during the day, in the garden, on the beach, out and about, on holidays or weekends awayWeighs less than 2. Overall: When we went to Bali, the resort we were staying in wasn’t very baby friendly and hence didn’t have a travel cot.Folding up into a neat carry bag that weighs less than 3kg means the Koo-di Travel Pop-Up Bubble Cot is an excellent choice for - surprise, surprise - travelling! My last point is after significant use, being dragged around the world several times, it did show some wear and tear. As we are quite minimalists and wanted to not go overboard with accessories, we don’t have a baby bouncer or a stroller (we go around with baby in a sling or a wrap). You don’t want to have to spend ages either side of your trip assembling and packing everything up to leave. We had booked to stay in a Mongolian yurt, and we were excited to try out the Koo-di baby Pop-Up Bubble travel Cot.
