It really helps memory and speeds up your reaction time in a different way to the usual computer games - and it does seem to appeal to family members who would otherwise be glued to their screens.

The two blocks on either side of the centre blocks are fixed colours and you have to flip them and slide them around the centre to match the colours and solve the puzzle.The fun never ends with four game modes to choose from: Speed Mode, Multiplayer Mode, Level Mode or Memory Mode.

Flipslide is easy to play, easy to flip and slide the cubes and seems very sturdy – it has already had lots of use by everybody in our house and has not got damaged in any way. My house is always filled with teens so this game was played nonstop for the first few days after Christmas.
