About this deal

If you are new to pre and post workout nutrition, you might want to take a look at When To Eat Protein Bars - Everything You Need To Know. I’m not informed enough nor qualified in any way to advise you on Acesulfame K or any other ingredients, so I’ll leave you to do with this information what you will. Nevertheless, the deep-roast flavour makes this easily one of my favourites from the Barebells range.

They are not particularly high in fibre compared to some protein bars, but are much lower in sugar compared to traditional chocolate bars. This tasty bar contains 20 grams of protein, making it an excellent choice for any gym goer or athlete. I love everything from the chewier core to the crispies on the top; my only complaint being I wish the chocolate was slightly thicker so as to get that satisfying ‘crack’ when you bite into it. You’re guaranteed 20g of protein, around 15g carbs, and minimal sugar, although the fat content (8-10g, with around 5g saturated fat) might put some people off. The white chocolate coating is lovely, but it’s still so thin that the almond pieces are still essentially naked, but the almond pieces themselves are a better choice than the go-to crispies of other brands.Barebells White Salty Peanut - Golden salty peanuts dipped in heavenly caramel sauce meet a white protein fluff and covered in a blanket of white creamy chocolate. Great Taste Award Winner - Our Expertly Blended Decaf, Is An All-Natural Swiss Water Premium Decaf, Blended Using 5 Arabica Coffees From 5 Origins To Give An Superbly Smooth And Delectable Taste First Sip To The Last. However, eating protein bars alone will not help you lose weight unless you are also eating healthy meals and keeping in a caloric deficit throughout the day.

Protein bars should only be used as a supplement to your diet and not as a substitute for healthier choices like fruits, vegetables or whole grains. Barebells produces a range of protein products, mostly bars and milkshakes, and has recently begun to explore some intriguing vegan options.I’ll be honest, I’m not sure if this is a 9/10 in comparison to the other bars, or if this is a 9/10 off it’s own volition. Ingredients: MILK Proteins, Sweeteners (Maltitol, Xylitol, Sucralose), PEANUTS, Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), Hydrolyzed Collagen, Humectant (Glycerol), Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Mass, SOY Oil, Salt (0,14%), Flavourings, Emulsifier (SOY Lecithin).

I can only assume the crunch is meant to come from the sprinkles, but these are barely crisp, let alone crunchy. Silkily smooth and darn well tasty, the Barebells Soft Protein Bars come in two delicious flavours to select from: Caramel Choco and Salted Peanut Caramel.Eat Natural Protein Packed Bars contain 10 or more grams of protein, as well as 3 grams of fibre per serving. They are packed with over 20grams of protein per bar, which helps aid with muscle recovery and following a high protein diet can contribute to weight loss.
