About this deal

Australian Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate with marshmallows, cherry flavoured jellies, peanuts and coconut. I don’t really understand what’s going on but I have tried to make this rocky road 3 times and it split each time. I’ve never been a fan of purchased rocky road… then I made this easy recipe and was able to add more raspberry liquorice and marshmallows than suggested so it was more about the treats than the chocolate. You can also try adding the syrup and butter to a pan and melting together, and then adding in the chocolate off the heat (and finely chopped) and stiring till smooth!

I think crunchie’s can’t go in the fridge as it can affect the honeycomb structure if that makes sense – but otherwise if its just for me, I still shove it in if its a hot day! The equivalent of a glass and a half full cream milk in every 200g of Cadbury Dairy Milk Milk Chocolate.g Cholesterol: 2 mg (1%) Sodium: 20 mg (1%) Potassium: 265 mg (8%) Fiber: 4 g (17%) Sugar: 34 g (38%) Vitamin A: 19 IU Vitamin C: 0. I wouldn’t say that this is entirely classic as I add in cadburys Crunchie bars because they’re delicious and I am truly addicted to them.

Melt the chocolate in a large glass bowl in the microwave at 20–30 second intervals, stirring in between.

You can really have fun with this recipe and make it your own – perfect for any cravings you have and perfect for the whole family!

Hi my mix keeps splitting, I am using cadbury chocolate and have tried it on lowest microwave heat and on double boiler on low heat, both times the mix feels cold to touch but has still split. Cadbury Dairy Milk Rocky Road is a delicious mix of marshmallows, cherry flavoured jellies, peanuts and coconut, all covered in Cadbury Dairy Milk milk chocolate. That’s so odd – one good way of saving the mix is to take it off the heat, and stir in some full-fat milk, or cream or similar and mix until it comes back!I even have a more festive rocky road Christmas pudding (For those of you who aren’t keen on the traditional! But now there's another delicious chocolate bar that has been getting heaps of attention on social media. Premium upgrade to block: Lindt (best before getting into couverture), Plaistowe, and a couple of good US brands: Ghirardelli and Baker’s brand. Whatever chocolate you choose, it is safest to source the chocolate from the baking aisle which is made for melting and cooking. I obviously have an absolute addiction to no bake treats, as demonstrated by all of my cheesecakes, but traybakes and such are no different! As there is white choc spread at Tesco I was wondering if you could use that with a mix of white choc for the base then add in whatever? I work in a Dental Practice and whenever any of the patients are going to NZ or OZ I Always ask them to bring me some back, even if I don't really know them. The post has so far gained 1,870 likes with many users tagging their friends in the comments section. I did swap digestive for shortbread (Had a bit of an excess) but the taste is amazing, not too sweet like some recipes. If you did want to use dark chocolate instead of milk, just straight swap the chocolate quantity wise! I melted the syrup and butter, took it off heat as soon as it melted and added the chocolate and mixed and it split. Whatever you choose, it is safest to source the chocolate from the baking aisle which is designed for melting/cooking.
