Once baked, I leave them to cool fully in the tin, and then set them in the fridge for 3+ hours, but often overnight. This helps set the brownie mix to the really fudgy texture that so many of you adore. Before I stated 1x Bag Smartie Eggs, Mini Eggs, Milkybar Eggs and 2x Galaxy Golden Eggs with 100g of Chocolate Chips - but I just used anything this time to make it easier! To make these M&M brownies, you'll start by melting dark chocolate and butter together, then stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla and plain flour. Mix butter and sugar. Beat the softened butter and sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and extract and beat again.

I used milk chocolate M&Ms for my brownies, but you could use any type you like. Peanut M&Ms are an obvious choice, and the crispy chocolate ones would work well too. With your batter made, you'll pour it into a lined baking tray and bake until perfectly fudgy. Once cool, you'll drizzle melted chocolate all over the top and scatter with yet more M&Ms. Serve: M&M Brownies can be at room temperature for up to 4 days in a cool, dry place. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Caramel: Drizzle your baked M&M Brownies with Salted Caramel Sauce or melt caramels and stir into the brownie batter.
