About this deal

Extensive studies confirm the effectiveness and safety of lyophilized amnion as a wound dressing and grafting materials for promoting the healing process and preventing infections [ 47]. Khorasani et al. , (2009) reported that AV cream or gel could be more effective than silver sulfadiazine cream in treating burn wound healing [ 30].
