Heather is accompanied by wild thyme, red clover, blackthorn, bilberry, and rock samphire for a very well balanced gin with a good dose of floral, herbal, and gently coastal character. This takes the standard Grace O'Malley Blended Whiskey and finishes it in wet casks from Jamaican and Barbados rums to gi.

Bottled at a smooth 46%, it boasts notes of barley, toffee, vanilla and honey on the nose with peach, apple and spice on the p.
