We recommend one of our chargers as they are all suited for AGM batteries, this will ensure your battery is kept in the fully charged state it was designed for. If your battery space can take at least another 15mm in height (145mm) you can use a more powerful battery we have available: The terminals handy being on either side. Caution should be used when installing as the brass and stainless steel allen cap bolts can be difficult to get right, if you have multiple connectors then replacement 6mm bolts will be needed, care required in bolt length. Your AGM battery requires looking after despite being classed as maintenance free, make sure you read as you may be surprised and it will lengthen the life of your battery. They make a big thing of the quadflex terminals and instructions and datasheet show supply of two terminals, four domed hex bolts and a hex key. That’s not what you receive. They’ve changed the terminals to a thinner, cheaper design. You can still attach on the top or front, but no longer on the side of the terminal. The bolts are now ordinary ones with nuts…..and they only supply 2 so the other two terminals are useless until you buy more nuts and bolts. The old bolts can’t be reused.
