My heart breaks each time I think about what these two characters have been through but at the same time I smile because well you’ll see! Hands down, this is Siobhan's best work to date- I am completely and utterly wrecked with my love for this duet.

She seemed to give Reeve a really hard time while Dillon got a free pass (bar scene at the end of book 1 anyone or his behaviour in the beginning of book 2! Ronan now has a daughter but his girlfriend doesn’t like him being in the band and he struggles with Vi being around again. Whilst there is a HEA at the end of this book I feel like I have been through the ringer in the three days I’ve taken to read the duet (whilst working full time, I couldn’t put it down in the evenings! It may seem like a love triangle tale but Vivien never cheated on either of them and it is quite clear that she loved them both deeply, which is not surprising when all revealed. This is a world I would happily escape to time and time again, whenever I need a good purge of emotion.

In particular, I struggled with the notion of a strong heroine still loving such flawed men after they’d hurt her so badly.After all, the prologue told us one of them died so it seemed like a safe guess that the coming revelations would show us Viv ended up with the right man and the other was the bad guy but of course it wasn’t that simple. I know this book was not just supposed to be about the love triangle but also about heartbreak and forgiveness etc but I didn't feel that was achieved. I was angry with her and disappointed by her choices but her actions were justified and much more understandable with the new information.
