A wonderful book that I took time to read, mainly due to the fact I wanted to savour and understand its concepts. UFO abductees recount travel up to crafts in light, claim that these UFOs travel via light, perform various procedures using light, and now learning that souls and the spirit world are all made of light leads me to think that this is the common thread between these two “worlds”.

The clients seem to be rushed thru the emotional essence of their experience , even while crying , the author brushes past these amazing moments that are so moving and highlights the "organizational chart" of the after life . Like Spirit Babies by Walter Makichen, this book talks a lot about karmic reasons for our various incarnations on Earth (and possibly other planets from time to time).

For those who may be reading this and other reviews wondering whether the work of Michael Newton is genuine or not.

For those interested in getting additional perspectives, I would strongly recommend the books by Ian Lawton and Andy Tomlinson whose work has followed on from Michael Newton. If you however believe that ignorance is bliss, and that it's better not to know, then do not read this book. This book affirms that our journey here on earth is not limited to our physical bodies, but so much more about where we came from, and where we go once our time on earth here is done. The differentiating factor of this book (compared to the similar hypnosis case study books) is that here the author only talks about the journey of ‘after life’ that begins just after one earth life ends and another starts. I am excited about applying my new understanding to exercise my highest potential in this life experience and I look forward to solidifying some things in my life!
