Over the years, the song, like many others, has had a various meanings to me. I have recently found new meaning in the song after having a very close, but depressed suicidal friend, die from an overdose (intentional?). What some of the meaning is now for me: It's odd looking at footage from that period because everything seems so optimistic. Maybe if I'd grown up in England at this time, I'd share this feeling.

They're worlds apart, but not without similarities. well Champagne Supernova is one the most greatest songs ever including a great drinking song!cheers oasis! Yes there are definitely good examples of siblings working together. Frankly I wish it were always so. Alas, when it goes off the rails its impact is pretty toxic.
