As with all the books in this series, the recipes are presented in a way that does not intimidate, easing you in to trying new techniques and flavours. Bought to add to The Roasting Tin and The Green Roasting Tin - probably our most used and loved books ever. In India Express, Rukmini continues her ethos that cooking should require minimal effort but have maximum flavour. It is full of simplified recipes which look delicious, and I love all Rukmini's tips, hints and asides.
