For the dip, combine vinegar, Maggi Oyster Sauce, garlic, onion, chili pepper, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well and set aside. The battered eggs are best when deep-fried; make sure the amount of oil is deep enough to cover the eggs fully during frying.
