The plug on my flymo is damaged but I don't seem to be able to find a replacement part anywhere. My mains cable has the flymo connector (female) as shown in your photo. With the switch box opened, you can see the switch inside. You can also see that the orange cable goes underneath the switch and splits into two smaller wires that connect to the side of the switch. To access these wires, loosen the two screws on top of the switch with your Phillips screwdriver.

I have accidentally cut the power cable of my flymo lawnmower, near to the connector. Can I attached the severed cable to the flymo re-wireable connector, rather than have to get a new cable?
