The Pour On method is the easiest, requiring just a watering can and away you go! We recommend to use up to a maximum of 1 litre per 1.2m² and 1x5 Litre Jerry can covers 6-8m² using Pour On Method per coat. You can typically only use this method of application with new stones - mixing with old, dirty stones could be difficult. Note that a new decorative gravel is being used. This is essential. The old gravel is dirty, it’s mixed with leaf litter and garden detritus and mud and who-knows-what other crud. It’s also damp which would inhibit the ability of EasiHold to work its magic. Our Wetpour Resin is a specially developed PU binder which has been designed to work in cooperation with either EPDM wetpour rubber, SBR wetpour base rubber or any coloured rubber mulch product. The binder is solvent free and fast curing although times can be affected by both the temperature and the moisture within the atmosphere on day of installation. A resin dissolver or cleaning gel is available for this product so tool can easily be cleaned following the installation of a wetpour rubber surface or repair. Note how a sheet of heavy-duty polythene has been laid down over the preparation area just in case of any spills or splashes. This will help minimise the risk of any accidental staining of the flagstones beneath with the EasiHold resin.
