About this deal

Magic Tiles 3 is a music game that offers not only a wide selection of songs and engaging gameplay, but also a well-designed online mode. This allows you to connect with numerous players from all over the world and even invite your friends to join you in a beat battle. With its challenging levels and addictive gameplay, this game provides an excellent opportunity to compete with other players in beat battle and see who excels. So for a new addition to this year’s Christmas party games, I’ve come up with three different Christmas name that tune game ideas so there’s something for everyone who loves music! Elimination Style: When competing in small groups, introduce the rule that if an answer from someone is wrong, no one else in their group is entitled to offer a further guess. Once that song has been identified (by another group,) participation is reset. Title & Artist: Challenge your group to name both the song title and the name of the artist/band to earn full points, ie no fractions awarded for one or the other. If you have an Apple Music or Spotify account, or still keep CDs on your shelf, take the time to record a snippet of some of the most popular, not-so-popular, and obscure songs you know of.

One of my all-time favorite party games is name that tune. Maybe it’s because I love music, maybe it’s because it’s something my family played all growing up (along with Christmas bingo), or maybe it’s just because it’s just plain fun.The team building game ends when they have achieved the task or the trainer calls a halt to the proceedings.

Thirty to forty songs should be ample, but it’s completely up to you. Assessing time, interest, and energy levels will help you decide. There are 150 tunes to choose from, representing three difficulty levels that will earn the playing team either 1, 2 or 3 points for a correct answer. The tunes range from famous pop songs, well known children's nursery rhymes, or classic TV theme tunes, so whatever your musical or trivia knowledge, there's something for every level ensuring the whole family can get involved in the action. This traditional name that tune game is just what I explained above – playing songs and whoever guesses them first earns points for their team! The team building game should be seen as a fun activity that promotes working together as a team. The serious point is that a team is the sum of its parts and that we all have a role to play in creating something worthwhile, which should be discussed during the review. All you need to do for this game is to split into two (or more) even teams. Make a playlist of the best Christmas songs. Play each song one at a time to the group and whoever can guess the song and/artist first gets a point for their team. This activity is a solid group favourite. It has probably featured in programs I have led since I was a teenager.

Make it a Team GameYou can also add some extra fun and excitement by making Name That Tune a team game. Divide your guests into two teams and have them compete against each other to see who can guess the most songs correctly. This version of the game is perfect for larger groups. After exhausting your playlist or otherwise declaring a winner, consider taking a moment to discuss cultural awareness with your group. This will squeeze more value from the game than just a bit of fun.Admittedly, the hardest part is preparing all of the songs in advance, but it doesn’t have to take too long, and you can, of course, use this playlist with many different groups. Provide each of the participants with an instrument and explain that at the end of the team building game you would like them to have created a meaningful tune between them The team building game should be seen as a fun activity that promotes working together as a team. The serious point is that a team is the sum of its parts and that we all have a role to play in creating something worthwhile, which should be discussed during the review.

So this one is my personal favorite just because it’s so darn funny to watch people sing songs (especially ones they’re not 100% sure of) to ho ho ho ho. Whichever team is going first should say how many words (or you can do hummed notes if you prefer) they’ll need to give to their team to get them to guess the song. So for instance if the song was Rudolph, they might need 2 words (red nose). You could integrate Name That Tune as part of a well-designed SEL program to promote and maintain healthy and supportive relationships and to effectively navigate settings with diverse people. Magic Tiles 3 is the perfect choice for you! This game is the ultimate experience in music games, combining the best elements of magic piano games, rhythm game, and song games to create a truly immersive and enjoyable gameplay experience. With its engaging gameplay and wide selection of songs, it is sure to become one of your all-time favorite music games. In Magic Tiles 3, you’ll find a wide variety of music styles to choose from, including classic piano songs, pop, edm, hip-hop, and more. With this music game, you can experience the thrill of playing along to your favorite tunes on the magic piano tiles, all while challenging your reflexes and hand-eye coordination. Name That Anthem: Record a long list of (well-known and not so-well-known) national anthems for your group to identify. To play the game, the team member who won the number of words then has to say that many words (can be a phrase, completely separate words, whatever) use to get their team to guess the song name. If their team gets it correct, they get a point. If not, the other team gets a point. How good is your knowledge of cheesy pop songs and catchy TV theme tunes? And how about your Kazoo playing? Both skills will be called upon in this fantastically fun family party game. A musical guessing game, players will divide into teams and take turns guessing famous tunes as played by their team mates...with a Kazoo!
